All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 30 days from the date of purchase due to wallets being made as ordered for quality craftsmanship. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your items, and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; please check our homepage for current offers.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 Business Days: $5.40
- Expedited Shipping:1-3 Business Days: $9.80
- Express Shipping: Next day- Next 2 days: $28.40
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We currently don't offer international shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at boundlessartisanco@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

What Our Warranty Covers:
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes stitching issues, hardware malfunctions, and leather defects that may occur with everyday wear.
What Our Warranty Doesn’t Cover:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, misuse, or any modifications. Damage from excessive exposure to water, chemicals, or prolonged sunlight is also not covered. Normal wear and tear, including slight color changes or minor scratches, is a part of the leather’s natural aging process and is not covered under this warranty.
How to Use Your Warranty:
If you encounter an issue with your wallet, simply contact us with your proof of purchase and a description or photos of the defect. We will repair the wallet free of charge or replace it if necessary. Shipping costs may apply.
